Returns and Exchanges

Here at Dear Knobel we want to make your shopping experience as seamless and as enjoyable as possible.  

Exchange/Returns Policy

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible. If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us at  prior to making a purchase. We are always happy to help with any questions regarding our products.

If you have purchased  the incorrect size we are more than happy to offer a size exchange for you if we have the stock available or you will be issued with store credit. Please note that all extra postage costs incurred are payable by you and shipping of the new item is subject to us receiving the extra postage costs incurred. 

Please note we do not except returns on swimwear.

For any returns or exchanges due to change of mind, the purchased items must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition with all original labels intact. All items must be returned within 14 days at the buyers expense and will be exchanged for store credit - the cost of shipping paid is not credited back. We recommend sending your return with a track and trace option or by courier so it doesn't get lost along the way! You are responsible for the goods until they are received in the above condition by Dear Knobel.

We always thoroughly inspect our items prior to posting them to you. However in the rare occurrence that you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us immediately via email at of faulty goods must be returned to us within 14 days of being received by you.

If the item is deemed faulty we will offer a replacement (if we have a replacement in stock),or we can issue you a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase, once we have received the returned item. Dear Knobel will cover the cost of return shipping once received. 

Sale Items / Discounted products 

There are no returns on sale items unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for clearance and discounted stock are final and no exchanges will be processed. 

Any returns & exchanges received outside the above stated time frames will not be accepted.
